Orders
An order is placed by email. It becomes binding when we confirm in writing the service, its scope, its price and its delivery date.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are stated in the order confirmation.
Payment terms are stated in the order confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery times are counted in business days from the day we receive your brief and the access we need.
A delay in providing them moves the delivery date by the same time.
Revisions
Each service includes the revisions stated on its page. Further changes are quoted before they are made.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the facts you give us are accurate, that you have the right to use the materials you send us, and that the products or services we promote for you are lawful.
Third-party platforms and media
Fees of email, social media and advertising platforms are paid by you directly.
We do not control the decisions of platforms, journalists or publications.
No guarantee of results
We deliver the scope described. We do not guarantee coverage, subscribers, followers, sales or any other outcome.
Ownership
Once a service is paid in full, its deliverables belong to you. The materials you provide remain yours.

We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the service. We do not announce news on your behalf before you approve it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
