Refund Policy

Before work starts
You can cancel an order at any time before work starts and receive a full refund.
After work has started
You can still cancel. We refund the part of the service that has not been carried out.
After delivery
If a delivery does not match the scope confirmed in writing, tell us within 14 days. We correct it.
If we cannot correct it, we refund the part concerned.
What is not refundable
Fees paid to third-party platforms.
Completed work that matches the confirmed scope.
Press outreach that was carried out as agreed, whatever the coverage obtained.
